First Haircut

On November 15, Thomas got his first haircut at a salon called The Mane Attraction (because it came recommended by another parent).  He did a great job sitting still for the 10 minutes it took and even got a lollipop when he was finished.  Check out the before pictures - it's safe to say he really was overdue for the haircut!

Halloween 2011

It's been quite some time since I've updated the blog, so we have to take a quick trip back in time!  Thomas had a great Halloween and even got to trick-or-treat on the square in Abbeville.  He dressed up as a tiger and seemed to love the tail and big belly!

Over Halloween weekend, we also moved into our new house.  We were so fortunate to find a house that is so perfect for us and our animals, and have loved living in it so far.  We have 17 acres of land and are finally able to have the horses on our own property!  Thomas also seems to love the freedom out here - with no roads close by it's really safe for him to wander and he loves to visit with the animals too.  Here are a few pictures of Thomas in/around the house.  Notice his "step stool" in the kitchen - it's really a bread drawer!
